Meet Kathleen Lovenbury

We are very excited to introduce Ms. Kathleen Lovenbury as the new Chief Executive Officer of Crystal Springs.  Beginning her career as a Recreation/Art Therapist in the mid 1980's, Kathleen has worked with students living with special needs her entire career.  In 1988, Kathleen found a long-term home with the Stetson School, a Chapter 766 Special Education Residential School, where she started as an Art Therapist and was promoted several times to positions that included Education Director, Program Director/COO, and eventually President & CEO.  When Stetson School merged with the Seven Hills Foundation, Kathleen led the transition, ensuring a mutually beneficial merger for not only the two organizations, but most importantly the school's students.

Having officially joined us on May 19th, Kathleen has certainly hit the ground running!  Introducing herself to students and residents, staff, parents, families and friends, Kathleen has already inspired confidence in stakeholders of every level within the agency.  Determined to further improve upon the already outstanding programs and services that Crystal Springs provides, Kathleen is equally motivated to reach out to the community in order to develop additional partnerships that will benefit our children and adults and the agency as a whole.
