The Crystal Springs Adult Program offers specialized programs, therapies and services to adults, ages 22 and older, with intellectual, developmental and physical disabilities, vision and hearing impairments, complex medical conditions and behavioral challenges.
Our collaborative, multi-disciplinary team consists of Residential, Day Habilitation, Nursing, Psychology and Case Management professionals who share information and strive to develop individualized services that meet the unique needs and learning styles of each person, while stressing individual strengths, encouraging personal decisions and promoting independence in all areas.
Comprised of Day-Habilitation Programs and the Adult Residential Program, the Crystal Springs Adult Program is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF), a national accreditation agency that provides independent assessments of human service agencies, certified by the Department of Developmental Services and licensed by the Massachusetts Division of Medical Assistance and Washington D.C.
